INFINITE DEALS. INFINITE REPLAYS.
INFINITE FUN.
You know those party games where everyone laughs once, pretends they’re having fun, and then
someone suggests drinking instead? We're tired of that.
Twisted Deals turns ridiculous hypotheticals into hilarious debates about loopholes and mind-games.
The game relies on the people, not the cards, so every game plays out differently.
We’ve spent 5+ years turning this idea into the game it is today, and now we’re bringing it to:
COOL, HOW DO I PLAY?
It's super easy! When it's your turn:
Create a hypothetical scenario using the cards in your hand. Remember:
the goal is to SPLIT THE ROOM, so don't make the deal too sweet,
but don't make it too punishing either. The tougher the choice, the better!
Play around with the generator at the top to see some
examples.
Your job isn't done: everyone else can now discuss and ask questions. Sculpt and refine your deal, add caveats and fine print, so that the decision is even more head-splitting than before.
Time's up? Time to vote! Every player puts down a card face down, DEAL if you'd take the deal, NO DEAL if you wouldn't.
Count how many people said DEAL, and how many said NO DEAL. The lower number of the two is how many points you get. If you got a perfect 50/50 split, you can even swap up to 3 cards from your hand with new random ones from the draw pile!
HOUSE RULES
Instead of one dealmaker's deal per round, a round starts with one person putting down 2 cards, and the players vote. If the vote isn't exactly 50/50, the next person lays down 2 more cards, and you vote again. This goes on until a 50/50 split happens, and the last player in the chain wins the round.
Each player starts out with a "steal token", that can be used once per game. You can use coins or something similar for this. When another player makes a deal, you can use your token to "improve" it by swapping up to 2 cards. Both you and the dealmaker get the full amount of points the deal yields.
When it's your turn and the players have voted, you can optionally modify your deal by adding an extra card, yielding a bonus point. However, if all players answer DEAL or NO DEAL unanimously, you get no points at all!
Each player takes turns making deals, with the goal being to guess if the other player will take the deal or not. This gets boring if you make deals obviously too easy, so play fair and think up something tricky!
STILL NOT TEMPTED?
The people make the game
Every group plays differently, so no two games ever feel the same.
The room is your opponent
Read the room, split the players, and land your deal right in the middle.
Start conversations
The best deals spark arguments, loophole-hunting, and plenty of "wait, but what if...?".
Made independently
No big publisher or studio. It's an independent game built with passion and your support.
